Once again white bandits in the service of mean businessmen, are responsible for murder in the Indian reservation. The plan is to heat up tension between Indians and white settlers, and so provoking a lethal army operation. Implementing bad guy is the smart outlaw Rollins. On behalf of the governor, Winnetou and Old Shatterhand hurry to set up peace negotiations immediately with the uncontrollable Jicarillo tribe, but the smart Rollins arranges murder of the son of Jicarillo´s chief White Buffalo. To make matters worse Rollins makes the killing look like as if Winnetou has committed the shameless crime...
