Plot outline

Police Officer Rizzo, called "Flat Foot", who refuses carrying weapons, is on the case of a narcotic syndicate. The trace leads to South Africa. Flat Foot flies incognito and hears that his dead informant, was a policeman in the department for diamond robbery and -smuggling. When he searches the man's apartment, he makes a further terrible discovery: the woman of the policeman was also murdered. While leaving the place he encounters a little boy - Bodo. The son of the murdered couple. The little one is frightened and runs away - straight into the arms of one of the criminals, who was permanently observing him since his arrival. The cries for help of little Bodo set the famous fists of Flat Foot in action, he knocks the living daylights out of the bad guy. From then on Flat Foot has a faithful little friend at his side. Next up to raise Flat Foot's mistrust, are costly Safaris undertaken by Smollet, a wise guy of some sort. Flat Foot follows the next Safari in a "hired" airplane and stumbles right into a trap...
