Plot outline

Dr. Fabian (Hans-Joachim Kulenkampff), called Paulchen by his superior Prof. Spalke (Martin hero), is head physician at the surgical university clinic - and a happy single with the firm believe, laughter is the best medicine. For his students, he is a fatherly friend, for his patients a true angel. Again and again he successfully neglects erotic attacks of the prettiest girls.
